Generic tools fail in clinics because no two physicians work alike. So we don't ship generic — we fit the engine to the physician.
Speech that lives on-site
A proprietary speech engine runs on the clinic's own machines. Each physician gets a personal lexicon — the exact terms they use, weighted into recognition itself, so the right word wins before it's ever written.
An engine per physician
Section order, phrasing, abbreviations, what belongs in the note and what never should — modeled per physician, per clinic. Adjustments ship in hours, not quarters.
Records that are checked
Every generated line passes consistency guards that compare it against what was actually said — before it ever reaches the chart. Unsupported content doesn't survive.
Where the data lives
Voice audio is processed locally and stays on the clinic's machines. For record generation, only encrypted text is transmitted — under the clinic's own account — and it is not stored after processing. A fully on-premise pipeline is in active development.

A tool for Korean clinics would have to be built by someone who practices in one. So he built it: designing, coding, and deploying every CLINOVA product himself, between patients.
